INSTRUCTION FOR FOREIGNERS

GET STARTED!

1.    Choose the study course

2.    Check the entry requirements and tuition fees

3.    Check the application process and deadlines

4.    Register in the system apply.upwr.edu.pl and attach scans of your documents (manual for registration is HERE)

-Passport/ ID Card for EU citizens

-Secondary School diploma with list of grades (for undergraduate courses)

-Bachelor’s diploma with full academic transcript (for postgraduate courses)

-Studies in English: For non-native speakers of English: Copy of English language certificate or Certificate which confirms that the language of instruction at the school was English

-Studies in Polish: Polish language proficiency certificate

(If the documents are not issued in English or Polish language a sworn translation should be included)

5.    Wait for  the feedback from the Admission Team

6.    Skype interview will be conducted with the candidates applying to veterinary medicine in English master programme.


GOT THE OFFER! WHAT NEXT?

1.    Make the payment for: admission fee, semester tuition fee and the Student ID Card

2.    Receive the acceptance letter from the University

3.    Apply for a room in one of the University dormitories

4.    Validate your secondary school certificate with grade list or the Bachelor’s diploma with academic transcript with Apostille or legalize them in the embassy of Poland

5.    Get the medical certificate stating that you may study in the area of study chosen

6.    Get your health insurance coverage or European Health Insurance Card

7.    Apply for Polish national visa (check if you need VISA to enter Poland)


PACK YOUR BAGS!

1.     Pack all the original documents with you. Make sure they are translated to English or Polish

2.    Upon arrival please bring all the documents to the Admission Office: 1) copies of documents to leave at the office and 2) original documents for evaluation/ inspection

List of documents you should present:

-Passport

-Secondary School diploma with list of grades (for undergraduate courses)

-Bachelor’s diploma with full academic transcript (for postgraduate courses)

-Studies in English: English language certificate or Certificate which confirms that the language of instruction at your school was English

- Studies in Polish: Polish language certificate

- Medical certificate stating that you may study in the area of study chosen

- Health insurance coverage or European Health Insurance Card or agreement signed with the Polish National Health Fund

- Personal data form printed from the registration system and signed

- Confirmation of payment for study tuition fees, admission fee and the ID student card

(If the documents are not issued in English or Polish language a sworn translation should be included)
